This three day course will benefit organisations who are seeking to implement a health and safety management system. It will ensure their workforce and in particular supervisory staff can apply the principles of risk assessment and control of common workplace hazards. This course requires a minimum of 18 taught hours (normally delivered over 3 days) and approximately 6 hours private study work (includes the risk assessment).
This New NEBOSH qualification is suitable for anyone who needs to understand health and safety as part of their job, including team leaders, supervisors, facilities managers, in-house trainers and human resources professionals. The NEBOSH National or International General Certificate is the natural progression for students who complete this course.
On successful completion of a 40 question multiple choice test (one hour) AND a 'work based' risk assessment. (both parts must be successfully completed to gain the full qualification) the delegate will receive National Examining Board of Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH)certificate.
