Risk Assessment Course

This course provides an important grounding into food hygiene and safety for the Catering Manager. Included in this course are analysis of food contamination issues and how to prevent them. The course introduces good hygiene practices, including identification and management of food safety hazards, which can be applied in the workplace.

The course is delivered over 36 hours, (followed by the examination)
